TARAA provides services to engage with and influence and ensure fair Human Development.

In addition to following up activities with current clients TARAA will pay attention to capacity building activities with clients who work with youth groups

Clients who have benefitted from our consultants’ experience and expertise include volunteers and professionals, market related organizations, corporate sector organizations and community based organizations, funding, facilitating and advising organizations. Specifically as below:

local government institutions;

government organizations at state and national levels;

non-governmental organizations;

not for profit and the Small and Medium Enterprise sectors: The changed economic scenario has increased the demand for change management in these sectors. TARAA is in a number of conversations with such organizations who are asking the critical questions and facilitating exploration of the way forward;

Senior level managers and middle level professionals and entrepreneurs are constantly seeking the expertise of TARAA in coaching and mentoring. This is still informal and based on individual initiatives and seeking out.
