Twenty plus years of involvement in social development has afforded Jyotsna Roy a wide spectrum of work experiences, leadership opportunities and for extending her own boundaries. She- is a multi -skilled professional and Jyotsna sees her career as multi-faceted with consistent focus on inclusion of the marginalized, empowerment of the disempowered and capacity enhancement through creation of learning opportunities. At the core of these long years of work has been the vision of a gender just and compassionate society.

Syed Saba Karim
Director
Syed Saba Karim had the privilege of being called for National duties as a Test Cricketer who minded the wickets and scored the runs. He captained the India U19 team and played a number of international ODIs and 20/20s. On the domestic front, Saba played for the Ranji Trophy tournaments from Bihar and Bengal and also captained Bihar and West Bengal.
After an unfortunate eye injury on the Test field in Bangla Desh, he retired from on-field cricket and shifted gears and now Saba is an expert commentator on the electronic and in the print media.
In addition, he advises corporate houses on corporate social responsibilities through promoting sports among youth for for achievements. Saba has a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and a Diploma in Personnel Management from University of Glasgow. He is one of the two Directors of TARAA with responsibilities for strategic partnerships and resource mobilization.

Sudha Nautiyal,
PhD - Renewable and Alternate Energy
Sudha Nautiyal earned her Doctorate from Patna University, her thesis was titled “ Social structure of Migrants and non Migrant families in Shimla :A geographical study”. I am committed to promoting renewable energy gadgets, raising awareness in alternative energy uses, environment protection through plantations of multipurpose trees and medicinal plants.
In addition Sudha also has extensive experience as a facilitator and community mobilizer in various NGOs in India especially in the mountains regions of Uttarakhand and in Bihar.

Vishawanad,

Vishwa Anand has done his Ph.D. in Sociology from Patna University. The title of his thesis is “Poverty and Rural Violence in Bihar: A Sociological Analysis”. He has been associated with community mobilization and awareness programmes in Bihar, especially, among the peasants and youths in rural areas.

Dr. Rashmi Saba - Soft skills.
Rashmi Saba earned her Doctorate from Delhi University. Her thesis, entitled ‘The Fragmented Man’ focused on the state of nature of man. She also has a Diploma in Ecology and Environment from IIEE, Delhi, and in Creative Writing and Journalism from Glasgow. She had the privilege of being the First Solo Glider Pilot from Bihar and she has completed many hours of power flying from Delhi Flying Club.
Over two decades, Rashmi has concentrated her learning, energy and used her people skills towards enhancement of skills and information base of a cross-section of people especially of young people. Rashmi worked on creating learning settings for the youth to outline and get in touch with their dreams and then work towards achieving them. This process has been important for the young people for becoming determined, confident and articulate.
Rashmi, as an Independent Consultant, has conducted, in different parts of the country, several training workshops for Youth, Women and Corporate executives on Soft Skills development, Communication Skills, Communicative English and Journalism.
Presently she heads the Department of Political Science at the Sharada University, NOIDA and is also Guest faculty with different schools of management in the National Capital region.
Ms. Simone Herault - Social Enterprise,
Simone Herault has a Baccalauréat en Philosophie 1969 from the School of Fine Arts / Art History (textiles) 1970/1971. and a B.T.S General Management 1974. She has worked in FRANCE - INDIA - TIBET - CAMBODIA – ETHIOPIA.
At present Simone works as a Consultant in Ethiopia to assess the specific adaptations required for a project with vulnerable and at risk women and children. This project was successfully implemented in Cambodia. “I established the Nyemo project in Cambodia. My role was to design the program, raise funds, establish the program, manage human resources and implementation, and gradually hand over all Nyemo program management and development skills to Cambodian counterparts. I completed this successfully over a 7 year period. Nyemo-Cambodia is now managed by 2 Cambodian Co-Directors, has been selected by the Cambodian MOLSA as their model project for the Global Fund, involves 2000 women and their families in support groups which produce goods for export to 10 countries”.
Ms. Anne Marie Schreven - Organizational Development & Leadership.
Anne-Marie Schreven’s professional background is in management and communication. She has ten years experience in management skills training in Higher Education in the Netherlands. She has more than fifteen years of international experience as an organisational development (OD) practitioner and facilitator of (large scale) change processes in government agencies and civil society organizations which includes assessments and reviews, strategic planning processes, designs of human resources policies and plans and organisational culture of care for achieving Gross National Happiness (GNH). She hasexpertise in personal leadership and self development training and learning and interpersonal and office skills focusing on strengthening relationships to become better leaders for change.

Mamta graduated in Sociology Honours from Miranda House, University of Delhi and has done her post-graduation from the School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She is widely travelled In India and abroad. Mamta has worked with leading publishers and international organizations. She has worked and interacted with people from a wide spectrum. Mamta believes that each small step that each one of us takes will make a substantial difference to our lives and also of those around us, the stress has always been on taking the initiative, irrespective of the obstacles that one may confront.
Mr. S. Nayak - Financial Management
Suman Kumar Nayak is a practicing Chartered Accountant for the last nineteen years. He is the proprietor and leading partner of M/s S. K.Nayak & Co. Chartered Accountants located in Patna and Ranchi.. He has served on many important committees of the Government and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Ms. Udita Das - Qualitative & Market Research
A trained Sociologist, Udita Das specialise in development communications and research. She has almost two decades of experience in project management, designing and conducting qualitative research. She has been involved with monitoring and impact studies, evaluations, designing communication strategies, public awareness interventions, advocacy initiatives and analyzing behavioral change. She has worked with international development agencies, non-governmental organizations, government agencies, corporate groups, advertising agencies and consumer research organizations. Contextualising visual symbols is a special interest and cultural decoding of the image stimulates Udita intellectually. According to her Mahatma Gandhi’s statement, “Be the change you want to see in the World” beautifully describes the way of life she look up to. .
Ms. Anu Jain - Brand building and Marketing
Anu Jain has her basic training in Fashion Designing, Brand Development and Retail Marketing. She has over ten years of experience in brand building and strategic location of products. She has developed brands, done buying and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and increased profitability. Anu develops new concepts, trends and innovative ideas, while valuing the needs of the consumers.
Developing and overseeing products from concept through to production has been Anu’s success. She had responsibilities for strategy making, cost negotiation, production time line, as well as all areas of product development including trend research, print and pattern selection, design, piece good and trimming selection and sourcing, color palettes and concepts, and fit from design through production. She built partnerships with cross functional teams that effectively lead to achieving common goals and ensuring that financial objectives were achieved.

Narayan Singh has a degree in Retail Marketing. He an entrepreneur and is running a SME that provide information technology and management support to different kinds of organizations for over a decade in Delhi.
